TrinityOne Chief Executive Officer & President, Lou Imbriano

It’s been a wild ride the last 12 months.  The economic climate has certainly put everyone in check and forced us all to look at our businesses differently. Here at TrinityOne, we too have reexamined how to be more efficient, while delivering the highest quality of service and experience to our clients and partners. This meant taking new philosophical approaches to how we operate, as well as working smarter and taking “Relationship Architecture” to a new level. I am happy to say with the full effort of our group and the support of great friends and clients, TrinityOne has had its best year ever. This was only possible because of the support of great people who adopted the mantra that “we are all in this together.”  When the rough times hit – that’s clearly when you know where your great relationships stand – and we couldn't be more pleased with the loyalty and consistent support we have received over the past year.

It would be wrong of me not to especially thank Jack Shields of Shields MRI and Demos Kouvaris from Millwall who teed up numerous new business opportunities for us, leading TrinityOne to great new clients. The best form of business development is when a client provides the highest endorsement for a company, and both Jack and Demos are constantly recommending us and looking for ways to help grow our business. This transcends client/vendor relationships and exemplifies true partnership and embracing the fact “that we are all in this together.” Thank you guys!

We have a lot of great things that are going on here that you will read about in this newsletter, but the best and most important new addition to the TrinityOne family is the birth of Lily Downing. Congrats to Nick and Kelly!

We have a lot of great things on the horizon and look forward to working with all of you in the upcoming months. Sports marketing is still one of the best ways to separate your brand from the competition – if it is done the proper way. TrinityOne is here to help you maximize your use of sports and marketing initiatives to the fullest. Like Jack and Demos, please do not hesitate to recommend us to organizations in need of our expertise and experience.

All of us at TrinityOne wish you a wonderful Holiday Season and look forward updating you in 2010 in our next newsletter.

Best Wishes,
Lou
