TrinityOne Inc. announces the promotion of Aaron Sells to President. Sells, a founding partner of TrinityOne, has managed the company’s business development since its inception in 2006. Sells negotiated a deal naming TrinityOne Sports the sports marketing agency of record for Ocean Spray Cranberries. He has also focused on expanding the business internationally, recently closing a deal between TrinityOne Marketing and Millwall FC (England). TrinityOne Marketing will serve as a consultant to the team and help renovate its marketing operations.

“Aaron has been crucial to the growth of the organization and due to his and the hard work of the entire team, we need to evolve the structure of the company to allow us to grow even further,” says TrinityOne Chief Executive Officer Lou Imbriano. “Aaron will provide leadership to TrinityOne worldwide to help us achieve our future goals.”

TrinityOne also announced the addition of Karianne Kraus and Brian Crowe to the company.

Karianne Kraus joins TrinityOne as Vice President of Marketing Services and will provide strategic direction and manage client accounts. Kraus has more than 15 years experience in sports sponsorships, promotional marketing, media relations and community relations, providing her with a highly integrated brand perspective. She has held roles on both the agency-side and the client-side of the business working on brands including Fidelity Investments, Tyson Foods, Ocean Spray and Bank of America.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Kraus spent seven years at FleetBoston Financial and subsequently Bank of America. She helped develop a platform for the Bank to become the “Official Bank of Baseball” by integrating Major League Baseball, Little League Baseball and Minor League Baseball properties. Additionally, she oversaw strategy, development and execution of corporate and regional marketing initiatives in support of the company’s community outreach efforts. She also implemented hospitality programs and customer sweepstakes on behalf of the Bank’s relationships with the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees and the Bank of America Championship.

Kraus moved on to take a position with Arnold to develop, launch and promote The Music Lives Foundation on behalf of Fidelity Investments and their partnership with Sir Paul McCartney. The Music Lives campaign won both the Best Overall Entertainment Marketing Award (EMMA) by PROMO Magazine and the Ex Award for the Best Activation of an Entertainment sponsorship. Kraus also helped negotiate relationships between Tyson Foods and the United States Olympic Committee, USA Gymnastics and USA Track & Field and has managed all elements of sponsorship activation including on-site event marketing, corporate hospitality, value-added promotions and integrated national consumer contests.

"The addition of Karianne allows for immediate impact with our growth and expansion and will allow us to take on additional projects that she will take the lead on,” Imbriano says. “Our plan is to add more high level executives - that fit and can enhance our core capabilities and allow us to best serve our clients and relationships at the highest level.”

Brian Crowe joins TrinityOne as Director of IT Operations. Most recently, Crowe worked for GE Healthcare as a Business Analyst. During his four years there, he held a variety of roles, managing quality for software development, optimizing business processes and managing GE’s business intelligence offerings. A graduate of Providence College, Crowe is certified “Six Sigma Green belt” and an “ISO 9001” certified auditor. Prior to his time with GE, he worked for Internet Technologies Group where he was a key accounts manager for e-commerce website development.

Matthew Fishbein joins TrinityOne as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. A Rhode Island native, Fishbein attended Wesleyan University where he received his BA in Film Studies. He then continued his studies at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England where he received his MA, also in Film Studies, while working for Dot Mobile Limited, a mobile virtual network operator.
