ARNOLD / TRINITYONE SPORTS EXPANDS RELATIONSHIP WITH OCEAN SPRAY Agency Gains Digital and Sports Marketing Responsibilities
BOSTON, MA (April 1, 2008) - Arnold announced today the expansion of its long-standing relationship with Ocean Spray. The agency was named Ocean Spray’s digital agency of record, and sports marketing agency of record through their sports practice TrinityOne Sports. Arnold has handled Ocean Spray’s advertising for over 10 years.
“We are thrilled to expand our relationship with Ocean Spray beyond advertising and into both the digital and sports marketing arenas,” said Arnold President Pam Hamlin. “With the addition of responsibilities for digital and sports marketing, we’re better able to develop more strategic, more innovative and more effective cross-channel solutions for Ocean Spray to impact their business.”
Arnold’s digital responsibilities will include creating, designing and developing all online advertising of Ocean Spray. This work will include updating the brand’s Web site through coding revisions and overall design enhancements. The agency’s efforts will start with the launch of Cranergy™, Ocean Spray’s first line of naturally energizing, juice drinks. In addition to TV spots, Arnold will utilize digital capabilities and step up interactive efforts for the campaign.
For sports marketing, Arnold and TrinityOne Sports will be working with Ocean Spray to help negotiate and leverage sports platforms that will help to market the brand and its key products, entertain consumers, and support charitable efforts. All sports initiatives will work synergistically with the brand positioning initiatives Arnold has created for Ocean Spray.
